Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center, full name "Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center", is located on the south bank of Hangzhou Qiantang River, east of the three bridges of Qianjiang River - Binjiang New City and Xiaoshan District Qianjiang Century City block, close to the main venue of G20. Technical design highlights
The Beixin Waterproof Yuehuang project team gave an overall waterproof design plan after comprehensive consideration: the basement floor and side walls are made of a 2mm thick single-component polyurethane waterproof coating and a 2mm thick self-adhesive polymer waterproofing membrane; The roof, floor and roof are made of a 2mm thick one-component polyurethane waterproofing coating and a 3mm thick SBS waterproofing membrane with a self-adhesive layer to ensure the best waterproofing effect of the venue. Construction precautions
· Coating waterproofing layer construction
The waterproof layer of the coating film and its parts should be strengthened, and the practice of deformation joints, embedded pipe fittings, and yin and yang angles must comply with the design requirements and construction specifications, and no water leakage. The base layer of the coating film waterproof should be firm, clean, dense and flat, the yin and yang angles are arc-shaped, and the primer coating should be uniform and without leakage. The brushing method, lap joint, and end of the additional coating layer should be constructed according to the design requirements, the bonding must be firm, the seam should be tightly closed, no damage, empty drum and other defects.
· Membrane waterproof layer construction
During coil construction, air and roller pressing must be excluded, and empty drums, folds and other phenomena are not allowed. The coil and the coil lap joint shall not be warped, and the seam shall be sealed with sealing paste. The coil is added with a reinforcement layer of similar coils at the yin and yang corners, and the width of each side is 250mm.
· Deformation joint construction
In addition to the buried rubber waterstop, the deformation joint waterproof method of the passage connected to the surrounding buildings of this project is to add a back-mounted rubber waterstop to the bottom plate and side wall, and then paste a reinforcement layer; The top plate deformation joint needs to be filled with polymer sealing paste suitable for the moisture base surface and meet the temperature conditions at the time of construction above the backing material, and then pasted with a reinforcement layer.
Waterproof materials and characteristics
In order to ensure the high-quality and high-quality construction of the main venues of the Asian Games, the self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane, SBS waterproofing membrane with self-adhesive layer, and one-component polyurethane waterproofing coating of Beixin Waterproofing's joint venture company Beixin Waterproofing were used in the waterproof construction of the single-storey building of the main stadium. Among them, the most representative micro-waterproof composite system (high-performance polyurethane waterproof coating + weather-resistant self-adhesive waterproof membrane) has excellent waterproof performance, and the waterproof coating adopts a full spraying process, which has played a strong hardware support for the stadium using outdoor site permeability technology, and the waterproof material use area exceeds 40,<> m².
One-component polyurethane waterproofing coatings are made by reacting special polyethers and isocyanates to form prepolymers, combined with a variety of additives. It does not contain cross-linking curing agent, and cures into a film completely by absorbing moisture in the air. The coating is a moisture-curing coating, which has the characteristics of high strength, large elongation and good water resistance, forming a tough seamless coating film on the surface of the base layer, and has strong adaptability to the deformation of the base layer.
The coil has the following characteristics:
● Does not contain coal tar, asphalt and benzene organic solvents, environmental protection and safety;
● The construction operation is convenient and safe, which can overcome the disadvantages of uneven mixing of two-component materials and affecting the use effect;
● Good acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, aging resistance;
● The coating film is dense, tough and elastic, and the overall performance is good;
● Strong adhesion, can be bonded with concrete, wood, glass, metal, rubber and other different materials.
Self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane is a kind of reinforced self-adhesive waterproofing membrane made of long-fiber polyester felt as the tire base, self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen as dipping material, polyethylene film, fine sand or isolation material as the surface material, and silicone oil anti-stick isolation layer.
The coil has the following characteristics:
● Cold construction, no binder, no pollution to the environment, environmentally friendly products;
● High tensile strength, good elongation, strong adaptability to base layer expansion cracking deformation;
● It can form a high-strength waterproof layer and has strong resistance to pressure water;
