Shanghai BNBM Yuehuang New Material Group Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beixin Yuehuang Group") is a holding member company of Beixin Group Building Materials Co., Ltd. (stock code: 000786), a listed company serving as the green building materials industry platform under the central state-owned enterprise China National Building Materials Group. Currently, it wholly owns BNBM  Yuehuang  Floorings  Material  (Shanghai)  Co.,Ltd.

Beixin Yuehuang Group was formerly known as Shanghai Tai'an Industrial Group Co., Ltd., established in 1996. In February 2021, it joined the Beixin Waterproofing Industry System through a joint restructuring involving central state-owned and private enterprises. The original Shanghai Tai'an had been deeply engaged in the waterproofing industry for over 20 years and served as the vice-chairman unit of the China National Building Waterproofing Association and the founding chairman unit of the Shanghai Waterproofing Association.

Beixin Yuehuang Group focuses on three main business areas: "waterproofing materials, plastic runways, and flooring systems." It has marketing centers or dealership agencies in over 20 major and medium-sized cities across China. The "Yuehuang" product series is sold nationwide and exported to many countries and regions worldwide. The company is one of the key initiators and members (a total of 13 founding enterprises) of the national "Industrial Alliance for Promoting the Healthy Development of the Building Waterproofing Industry."

BNBM  Yuehuang  Floorings  Material  (Shanghai)  Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as North Crescent King Flooring) is a member enterprise of China National Building Material Group's green building new materials industry platform—Beijing New Building Materials Public Limited Company (stock code: 000786). It operates as a platform company under the Beijing New Building Materials system, specializing in flooring installation materials, with a production base in Shanghai for self-production, self-sales, and comprehensive construction and installation services. Established in 2003, North Crescent King Flooring was formerly Shanghai Tairui New Building Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Taian Industrial Co., Ltd., founded in 1996. In February 2021, through a joint restructuring of state-owned and private enterprises involving its parent company Shanghai Taian, it became a member enterprise of the listed company Beijing New Building Materials. North Crescent King Flooring's flagship products include environmentally friendly plastic track materials, functional pavement materials, sports field surface laying materials, and industrial/civil epoxy flooring materials. The company is the main material supplier and contractor for the country's first water-based plastic track. Leveraging the branches and marketing networks of its parent company North Crescent King (formerly Shanghai Taian) in over 20 major cities nationwide, the company's "3U" product series are sold across the country. It has undertaken numerous projects, including school tracks, professional sports fields, and public leisure walkways, spanning from Inner Mongolia in the north to Hainan in the south, Xinjiang in the west, and Shanghai in the east. The company is an integrated producer, seller, and constructor, as well as a key drafting unit for the Shanghai group standard 1.0 version of "Plastic Surface Layers for School Sports Grounds—Harmful Substances" (T/310101002-C003-2016), the main drafting unit for the Shanghai group standard 2.0 version of "Synthetic Surface Layers for School Sports Grounds—Harmful Substances" (T/SHHJ000003-2018), a contributing unit for DBJ/T 13-250-2016 "Technical Specification for Synthetic Material Surface Layers of Sports Grounds in Fujian Province," and a contributing unit for the national standard GB/T 22374-2008 "Floor Coating Materials." Additionally, the company is a member of the China Athletics Association's Venue Equipment Committee, a member of the Shanghai Sports Facilities Engineering Construction Industry Association, and the deputy director unit of the School Sports Grounds Committee of the Shanghai Chemical Construction Association.
