Based on Dow Chemical's core technology and key raw materials, Northern Crescent produces and manufactures a new water-based composite AEH resin functional pavement material with cost-effective water-based dispersions and no added solvents in the production process. This new multi-functional product is not only versatile, but also ultra-low VOC emission to meet the demand for environmental friendliness and the increasing standards and specifications.
